Shazam! Wrath of the Gods opened in theaters last week with a “meh, okay” that resonated with audiences and critics alike. And now the main star and Jordan Peterson fanZachary Levi is asking Neil Druckmann on Twitter to cast him for the next season of the popular HBO Max series. what’s left of us.

Before I say anything else, I like it First Shazam film too much! It was a fun, carefree superhero action movie with some great performances and great moments. But everything I heard about the recently released sequel made me less excited. The movie is currently 53% on Rotten Tomatoes and there was one of the worst opening weekends for a modern DC movie. And it’s likely to get worse over the next few weeks as its reputation as a failure grows. So, maybe feeling a sinking ship (this could cost him his future in the larger DC movie universe) Shazam star Levi took to Twitter for a new concert.

A screenshot shows Levi tweeting that he wants to be featured on The Last of Us.

late last night Levi shared it on his personal Twitter account. he is a big fan The Last of Us TV The show and the PlayStation game on which it is based. He even suggested that he loves Naughty Dog’s 2020. The Last Part II even more. Levi’s tweet also revealed that he would be “firing” if he could appear in the series, possibly in its upcoming second season. To end the tweet, he tagged the series’ co-creator and creative director behind both. what’s left of us games, Neil Druckmann.

And as far as I can tell, as of this writing, Druckmann has not responded to Levi’s tweet. Or I like it. And could Levi have deleted it? So… not great! But hey, it didn’t take that long. Maybe Druckmann or someone from HBO Max will see Levi’s attempt to portray himself in a more successful project and take pity on the actor. Maybe a clicker or some random angry person killing people. So many in this wondrous evil the last of us Universe.

Or perhaps he could play a once-famous rich man who questions science and any attempt to create a vaccine that will help save the world from a deadly epidemic that has killed millions. Actually has experience with this role!

Oddly enough, it looks like he’s already deleted the original tweet. Still, it’s hard to tell these days because Twitter is mostly broken, and the disappearance of a tweet could mean it’s been deleted or Elon Musk has fired more people.
