Nintendo and Zelda fans alike have much to look forward to if they’re keen on adding to their stash of precious Zelda gaming memorabilia! Japan-based figure and collectables manufacturer Good Smile Company has recently unveiled one of the latest figures to debut under their Figma line- one featuring a rather striking rendition of the eponymous The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds’ hero, Link.

The A Link Between Worlds iteration of the classic hero in green takes Link back to his roots with a more retro design as opposed to his “edgier”, more recent incarnations. It’s easy to say that the 2013 Nintendo 3DS game became a favourite among fans of the Zelda series pretty fast.

It’s great that Good Smile chose to release another piece of Link under their Figma line of figures, as they have always been widely praised for the quality they bring to the table.

This figure of our beloved, mostly silent hero is shown to have nice flexibility for recreating scenes, lovely vibrant colours, and two solid expressions you can switch out: a smiling one and a glaring one.  He comes with the Master Sword and Hylian Shield as optional parts, because of course.

Bonus goodies include some pretty classic items, like a pot and a Rupee. Furthermore, the deluxe edition set comes with a Tornado Rod, Hookshot, Bomb, and a cute Baby Maiamai.

Check out what this sweet figure is capable of in the pictures!

As for pricing, the Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds Figma standard edition will cost approximately $43 (around 5,000 yen), and the Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds Figma deluxe set will set you back about $51 (which is equal to about 6,000 yen.). Not a bad deal for a figure as eye-catching as this one, which is more than worth breaking a few pots for.

He’s available for pre-orders now and up to February 3rd, with sets being shipped out in August. If you want to take him home but you’re not in Japan, then you can try looking into Good Smile Company’s international store or partners.
